ISO 3944 Granular Fertilizer Loose Bulk Density Tester (RT-730C)

Overview

The RT-730C Fertilizer Loose Bulk Density Tester is designed to determine the loose bulk density of dry granular fertilizers. It supports quality control and routine testing in fertilizer manufacturing facilities, quality control laboratories, and third-party inspection organizations.

The test method is based on the applicable requirements of ISO 3944 and GB/T 13566.1, subject to confirmation of the applicable standard editions and the instrument’s conformity.

Important Note: This instrument is intended for granular fertilizers and is not suitable for powder fertilizers. For fine-grained fertilizer bulk density testing, refer to ISO 7837 and use an apparatus designed for that method.

Packaging Details Each RT-730C bulk density apparatus is packed as one complete set in a single export carton. Carton size: 56 × 43 × 87 cm (L × W × H), 0.209 CBM. N.W. 8 kg / G.W. 14 kg. Inside, a die-cut EPE foam insert holds the instrument frame, the 1,000 mL receiving cylinder and the accessory box in separate cavities, so no stainless surface can rub against another part in transit. The levelling scraper and cleaning brush travel in the accessory box; the operation manual and certificate are sealed in a moisture-proof bag. Carton is marked FRAGILE and KEEP DRY. HS code: 9031.80.

Delivery One carton per unit — a single-unit order ships as one piece, by express, air or sea LCL as your volume requires. At 0.209 CBM the carton consolidates easily with other goods. Lead time: 5 working days after payment confirmation.
