This machine adopts a positive pressure outflow testing method and positive pressure outflow measurement technology, which can automatically match universal testing standards covering a measurement range of 0.003-100 μm/Pa s. It provides a wide range and high-efficiency gas permeability detection for various industrial materials with high, medium, and low gas barrier properties.

Testing principle

 

Place the sample in the measurement area. The measurement begins when the sensor senses the sample or presses the start button. The measuring head automatically stops contacting the paper’s surface at a constant standard pressure. The air flow meter starts measuring within a preset time, and then the sample is released and can be moved to another location. Automatic measurement programs can prevent errors caused by manual operations.
