Equipment Summary:
The SL-1008EM Magnetic Wireless Clamping Force Tester is used to measure the micro deformation of the four bearing axes of the injection molding machine and the clamping force of the machine. The instrument simultaneously measures and displays the force or deformation of the four coring columns of the injection molding machine after the mold is locked in place. The user adjusts the force of the four coring columns in sequence to ensure consistency, thereby reducing the impact on the coring columns’ lifespan due to uneven forces. At the same time, it solves the problem of the product size being absorbed in the coring columns due to uneven force on the mold. It is easy to install and calibrate. It assists the adjustment, installation, and calibration of your injection molding machine to prevent the breakage of the coring columns.
