RT-619 Safety Shoes Compression and Puncture Testing Machine

This machine can be widely used for pressure testing of safety shoes. Installing fixtures can measure the compressive strength of steel heads and the puncture resistance of shoe soles.

A: (Static compression test): Use a testing machine to press the toe of the shoe at a constant rate until the pressure value reaches the specified value. Measure the lowest height value of the sculpted clay cylinder inside the test toe to evaluate the compressive resistance of the safety or protective shoe toe based on its size.

B: (Puncture Test): By driving a puncture nail with a testing machine at a certain speed to puncture the sole of the shoe until the sole is completely pierced or reaches a certain specified force, evaluate the puncture resistance of safety shoes, protective shoes, or professional shoes with a puncture resistant midsole based on whether the puncture nail is exposed at the maximum force required for the sole to be pierced entirely or at a certain specified force.
