The RT-326 Air Ventilation Aging Chamber examines the pre- and post-heating variation characteristics of specimens.
This machine suits wires, leather, plastics, rubber, fabrics, etc. After being uniformly heated at a specified temperature and time while maintaining fresh air inside the box, the aging characteristics of the samples can be determined by observing their resistance to yellowing, cracking, shrinkage, elongation, residual rate, and other properties before and after aging.

Air Supply Circulation System

1. Ventilation rate: 5-20 times per hour or other ventilation rates;

4. The exhaust volume adopts a manually adjustable air duct located at the top of the machine (The exhaust needs to be discharged outdoors);

Circuit Control System

1. The temperature controller uses a microcomputer electronic setting and digital display (made in Taiwan)

2. The system adopts the PROPORTIONAL + INTERGRAL + DIFFERENTIAL + SCR of the control. This system adopts the control of PROPORTIONAL+INTERGRAL+DIFFERENTIAL+SCR (i.e., Proportional, Integral, Derivative+SCR), which can improve the life and stability of the control element interface.

3. The PID automatic calculation function does not need manual setting.

4. Adoption of high-precision filament sensor.
