Paint often becomes soiled, especially near doorways, windows, and work and play areas. Coated surfaces need to be tested for resistance to abrasion caused by a brush, sponge, or other means. The Wet Abrasion Scrub Tester can produce a repeatable, controlled condition to simulate everyday use or wear patterns.
The RT-2705 Wet Abrasion Scrub Tester is DGRIGHT’s newest machine. It can examine washability and related properties that affect coatings’ stain resistance. Detergent performance testing can also be determined in a reproducible manner.

The motor test of air cooling is highly reliable; the peristaltic pump does not pollute the environment, the five-digit counter, the automatic stop after a predetermined number of times, and the brush can be adjusted to conform to the DIN, ISO, or ASTM standard test method comparison test. For a comparison test, you can use a brush, scrub pad, sponge, cleaning cloth, etc.
A scrubbing liquid solution in a container next to the instrument can be pumped into the brush. During the scrubbing experiment, the pump can be controlled to open or close, and the liquid flow can be adjusted accurately.
