1. Adopting imported servo motor as the core component of the drive system, which not only ensures the uniform and stable speed of the equipment but also the high precision of the speed. The torque output of the equipment is also guaranteed.
2. Adopting our self-developed cantilever beam torque sensor, the torque measurement is accurate, with large range and fast response.
3. Adopting Taiwan temperature control module with our self-developed three DC analog heating system, the heating speed is fast and stable, reaching the advanced level in the industry.
4. Adopt high precision T-type thermocouple, higher precision than K-type and J-type thermocouple;
5. Adopt high-speed MCU microprocessor with high-precision 24-bit AD, which ensures data processing speed and data accuracy at the same time. Processing speed is more than 10 times faster than PLC.
6. Computer and host computer use wireless transmission, avoiding the communication quality affected by electromagnetic interference.

It can also be equipped with automatic weighing unit, diameter measuring unit, three-roll calendering, screw extruder, film blowing machine, strip sample calendering and traction unit, and film quality testing unit as required.
More testing can be done using these units:
1. Automatic weighing unit: It can automatically measure the relationship between material apparent viscosity and shear rate and shear stress.
2. Diameter measuring unit: complete automatic measurement of die expansion.
3. Strip sample calendering and traction unit: it can be made into uniform strip sample for stretching and thermal extension experiments.
4. Film quality test unit: It can complete the test of impurity particle defects and transparency of transparent materials.
The above optional units (the conventional configuration does not include the above units) can be combined with other components with the measurement and control host and computer as the core to form different experimental systems. These functions are in a leading position in the country.
Host: Mainly composed of body, drive motor and driver, reducer, torque sensor, temperature control system, measurement and control system, computer data processing system, etc.
System software: supporting software set consists of Mixer-mixer test and control software, Plastic-extruder test and control software, WinNian-apparent viscosity test data processing software. The interface of Mixer and Plastic software is rich in functions, which can complete measurement, setting and control of speed, torque, temperature and pressure. The curve window can display the curve of the above data against time in real time. These data can be processed and graphed by software. The test report is formed under the test measurement and control software and output by a color printer. It can also complete multiple curve superposition, curve smoothing and other functions.

Data acquisition, control, and processing of experimental data are all completed by the corresponding software, which is not only manifested in the convenient operation of the instrument, precise control, convenient and fast experimental data processing and result output.
