How do we process the after sales service?

1.We will reply customer within 24 hours,engineer may ask several questions,request customer answer patiently.

2.Give effective solution asap,solution usually adopt words + pictures or videos

3.Send spare parts

a.If the machine within warranty,spare parts will be sent to you with free.

b.If the machine over warranty,we will take some charge for parts.

4.If customer need our engineer service in abroad,standard charges as below.

a.Customer pay engineers round-trip tickets.

b.Customer pay engineers hotel,meal,transport fee.

c.Enginner service charge in abroad is USD200/day/person.
